The Bhupat & Jyoti Mehta Family Foundation (MFF) facilitates student visits to U.S. institutions for research and instruction opportunities through its scholarship and exchange programs. The resulting international training and internship opportunities allow students to gain valuable experience, and universities working with MFF can leverage the opportunities to attract top-ranked students.
The MFF scholarship and exchange programs are intended to provide knowledge, skills, and experience to both faculty and students and eventually lead to the improvement of their home institution. MFF supports all costs associated with students and faculty traveling to U.S. institutions, including visas, healthcare insurance, and airfare. MFF provides additional funding for local housing and reasonable personal expenses per the home institution policy.
The MFF scholarship and exchange programs are managed by participating U.S. professors, and the accepting U.S. faculty members choose award recipients. MFF and award winners’ home institutions work together to detail the exchange programs’ terms and conditions, including time periods and payment format.
